Stephanie Hofmann

After leaving school, I began training as an insurance saleswoman at Debeka in Bonn. After successfully completing my training in May 1994, I moved to Cologne to work for a health insurance subsidiary of the Gerling Group. There I checked health insurance applications, managed the health insurance policies in the claims and dunning process and booked commissions. In 2000, I moved to the Gerling Group’s life insurance division, which was then taken over by the Talanx Group in 2006 and renamed HDI-Lebensversicherung. There I initially managed private life insurance policies and then the company pension scheme for large companies and private customers. I left the company in 2021 to pursue new professional paths and have now been with GfK Gesellschaft für Kreditversicherungsservice mbH since 1 January 2024 and am looking forward to supporting the team in customer service in the area of trade credit insurance.
