For a good cause

As a private foundation, it is committed to the common good and was founded by the shareholders on the occasion of the company’s 15th anniversary. The foundation pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes.

When looking at the foundation’s purposes, it is evident that the emphasis is on different areas. In other words, different groups can benefit from the support provided by the foundation. The two shareholders were concerned with the well-being of people, the area of nature with its diversity and sustainability, and the area of art/culture as an essential driving force in social coexistence.

The purpose of the Foundation Nature – Life – Culture

The foundation supports local, regional, and supra-regional projects around the Cologne location. The foundation’s fixed capital is currently limited to €10,000. Our approach is not to increase the foundation’s assets with interest but to use the operating profits of our companies for our foundation. In addition, we try to encourage our partners and friends to provide funds for the projects.
