Gastronomy – Who invented it – “Robin Hood” Project
Our unique gastronomy and retail policy, “Robin Hood Project”, is GfK’s protective umbrella to save and preserve the gastronomy, hotel, and retail sector. At the beginning of the first lockdown, we developed this policy with one of the leading credit insurers. Our project ensures that at the end of the lockdown, suppliers can be available to the catering and retail industry with longer payment terms to enable an easier start into the future.
