Helge Heining

After graduating from high school, Helge Heining moved to Augsburg (Bavaria) to study economics, which he successfully completed with a degree in economics. After a few typical student jobs, he started working as a trainee and student assistant at the leading credit agency in Neuss in the field of credit risk management in 1995 and also carried out several project tasks on his own responsibility from his place of study.

After completing his studies, he entered the world of credit agencies and risk management as a consultant in 1999. Helge Heining gained his first sales experience in supporting the local offices of the credit agency and advising clients on the introduction of credit risk management solutions.

After seven years, Helge Heining sought new challenges at the end of 2005 and took over responsibility for sales in North Rhine-Westphalia and Northern Germany for a leading factoring bank based in Cologne. In 2013, he moved within the company to the position of Head of Client Relationship Management and was thus responsible for up to seven employees and the market-side management of the client portfolio. He concentrated on the top 20 clients and was an advisory member of the bank’s credit and pricing committees – also internationally. His focus was on contract design, implementation and fulfilment, as well as the internal coordination and organisation of the bank’s departments with the aim of achieving optimal customer satisfaction. Helge Heining was granted power of attorney by the Bank to carry out his activities.

During his years as Sales and Relationship Manager, he maintained lively contacts with GfK, so that in 2018 he switched to Key Account Manager, where he is now responsible for the medium-sized client segment and supports the management Winfried Vogt and Angelo Piazzoli in the internal and external support of the bank’s major clients.
