Payment

The following payment methods are available in our ticket store:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  Your credit card account will be debited immediately after completion of the order.
• Purchase on account via Klarna
  When purchasing on account, our partner Klarna (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) processes the payment. You will receive the payment information directly from Klarna. Please note Klarna’s terms of payment, which are displayed during the ordering process.

Shipping / Delivery

Tickets are only sent digitally by e-mail.

After successful receipt of payment, you will receive your ticket as a PDF file by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. Your ticket will usually be sent within a few minutes, but at the latest within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.

There are no shipping costs.

Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct and check your spam folder if necessary.

After successful payment, you will automatically receive your ticket by e-mail as a PDF file for download. There are no shipping costs.
