II. Prices
All prices quoted are total prices in euros. They include the applicable statutory value added tax.
III. Accepted payment methods
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and payments by invoice via Klarna.
IV. Terms of performance
Event tickets will be sent by email once payment has been received in full. Tickets are usually sent within a few minutes, but no later than 24 hours after receipt of payment.
V. Conclusion of contract, storage of contract text, contract language
A contract offer is made by the customer as soon as they click on the button labeled “Order and pay”. The contract is only concluded when we accept the customer’s offer by sending an email confirming the order. With the email confirming the order, the customer receives the complete text of the contract consisting of the details of the event and the General Terms and Conditions.
The text of the contract is stored after conclusion of the contract and made available to the customer by sending the email confirming the order.
The contract is concluded in German or English.
VI. Correction of input errors
Before the customer clicks on the “Order and pay” button, the data they have previously entered is displayed on an overview page for review. There they have the opportunity to correct any input errors.
VII. Right of withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer, they have a statutory right of withdrawal. We would like to point out that in the event of withdrawal, the customer must pay compensation if, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, we have already provided a service (in whole or in part) or offered it in a manner that leads to a default in acceptance and the customer has expressly agreed to the performance of this service. Our service includes both the reservation of the ticket and the performance of the event itself. The amount of compensation is based on the extent of the service already provided in comparison to the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.
